Paradise! Family owned for 40 years, Papa still cooks delicious, traditional Greek food for the guests. Service is really excellent and personal in English and German! Rooms are huge and clean with all you need. The private little beach flows into the dining area, giving the feeling of eating on the beach. Set in a very small little fisherman's village. Peaceful and quiet. A definite spot for future holidays

I loved Aggelos Hotel! Our room was about 20 steps from the beach! The service was great, the people friendly and ofcourse they speak greek, english and a little german! We ate breakfast lunch and dinner at the beach bar everyday and lay in the sun on the little beach for hours! We swam in the sea right infront of the hotel, but one can also take a short walk to a bigger beach without the rocks. The rooms are clean and neat and for a small town one has everything one should need! Transport: we came from Megalopoli by taxi (about €70) but there is a bus from Athens to Koroni which stops in Agelos Andreas, about 200m from Hotel Aggelos. (€28 one way) Note: it is better to buy your return ticket in Athens, as you cannot buy tickets on the bus. There is also a daily bus to Kalamta and back (around €5 one way, which you can buy on the bus. This is during the week). I fell in love with this hotel and will be going back there soon.

Excellent location, close to the historical, cultural, and commercial center of the city. Enjoy traditional Greek cuisine with dishes cooked using local products.- Beautiful seaside village with stunning beaches.- Outdoor seating with a wonderful view of the endless blue sea.- Authentic Venetian buildings in the village.- Traditional architecture and beautiful beaches in Methoni.- Rooms with a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains.- Free sun beds, umbrellas, parking, wireless internet, and a playground for children.- The hotel is located just a few meters from the central square of the village.- The hotel is right on the seafront of Agios Andreas in Messinia.
Minor service variety in the town.

Polite staff. The breakfast and dinner are very-very good, fresh, and big portions (the breakfast is buffet, the dinner is three courses meal). You can watch the see while eating. Private beach with sunbeds. Pingpong table with quite good rackets. We got good-bye croissant on leaving. Very good bathroom and the room's furniture is also good.
A lamp is lighting till midnight next the entrance and a window cannot be dimmed above the entrance, so the room is not so dark till midnight.

Explored Argostoli's cultural center from this excellent location. Ate delicious local cuisine cooked with fresh fish and olive oil. Enjoyed a picturesque village with beautiful beaches. Relaxed on the beach with coffee and music. Admired intact Venetian buildings. Methoni's castle was a bonus. Ate great food with good wine. Enjoyed the amenities.
Oh, I just loved everything about it. I can't even come up with a sarcastic comment.

The value for money at Aggelos was excellent, with friendly staff and a room right by the sea. The location was peaceful and convenient, with nearby shops and good restaurants.
More variety of breakfast items would have made it perfect.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was right next to the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk a few steps and be on the sand. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
The hotel was quite outdated. the rooms had a 60s/70s style which made the overall ambiance feel old.

We spent 15 days at this hotel and we are very satisfied. The hosts are very kind, and the accommodation is clean and maintained daily. The mattresses are comfortable for sleeping. We took a half board and it's the best choice. The food is excellent, especially the fresh press fruit and vegetable juices. The second meal, lunch or dinner, is special with a variety of traditional Greek dishes. The hotel is located on the beach, which offers a pleasant ambiance for dining. The beaches in front and around the hotel are satisfactory, with additional options for exciting locations nearby. We enjoyed playing table tennis every day, and the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach were free. I highly recommend this hotel for a satisfying vacation experience.
